⚠️ Contraindications & Important Safety Information

TirzeLuxe (Tirzepatide) should NOT be used if you:

• Have a personal or family history of Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC)

• Have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)

• Have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to tirzepatide or any of its components

• Are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding

• Taking contraceptive pills & oral HRT

• Have a history of serious hypersensitivity reactions to GLP-1 receptor agonist

⚠️ Use With Caution If You Have:

Consult a licensed healthcare professional before use if you have:

• History of pancreatitis

• Severe gastrointestinal disease (e.g., gastroparesis)

• Gallbladder disease

• Kidney impairment

• Diabetic retinopathy

• Type 1 diabetes 

• History of severe hypoglycemia when used with insulin or sulfonylureas

🚨 Seek Immediate Medical Attention If You Experience:

• Severe abdominal pain that does not go away (possible pancreatitis)

• Persistent vomiting or dehydration

• Neck mass, hoarseness, or difficulty swallowing

• Signs of allergic reaction (rash, swelling, difficulty breathing)

• Tirzepatide is intended for chronic weight management and/or type 2 diabetes management under medical supervision.

• Not for use in patients under 18 years old.

• Dosage should be titrated gradually to reduce gastrointestinal side effects.
